This unique villa has its own swimming pool and its own private beach! The villa has been recently renovated and is very modern, but is very cozy due to the contemporary beach look. The villa is fully equipped, has a spacious living room with open kitchen that flows smoothly into the terrace with swimming pool. As a result, inside and outside become one and you have a wide view over the Caribbean sea.

On the terrace you can relax in the lounge sofa, on one of the lounge chairs or under one of the two gazebos (with dining tables). The pool is large enough to swim laps! At the pool is an outdoor shower. By means of a staircase you walk onto your own (landscaped) beach. On the beach there is a palapa (an open space with a roof of dried palm leaves) with a hammock and deck chairs. From the beach you enter the Caribbean sea via the pier.

When you drive up the driveway, you will immediately notice the spacious design of this lot. On the driveway are two guest rooms, each with a bedroom and bathroom and air conditioning.

In the villa itself are a further five spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. In the morning you open the curtains and enjoy the beautiful view. Four bedrooms have flat screen smart televisions. The open living room also has a smart TV with IPTV (thousands of channels at your disposal).

The kitchen has a cooking island, American fridge, stove, espresso machine (with fresh beans), dishwasher and oven. In the utility room are a washing machine and dryer.

The Beach House is located on Villapark Coral Estate, a beautiful park on Banda Abou. The park has 24-hour security and is close to many popular beaches with beautiful diving and snorkeling locations. Coral Estate Center has a beach, spa, Bread & More bakery, Karakter restaurant, diving school and Rooftop Terrace Bar Koraal. There is also a gift shop and activity center here.
